French and English explorers discovered they would be called Canada for the first time in the 15th and 16th century, this period would be called a colonization and a competition to many countries. Samuel de Champlain discovered the founded settlements in 1604 in the Bay of Fundy region. The settlement would be hindered by war and wrangling with the British and be called Acadia. King Henry IV of France traded a fur-trading monopoly to Pierre de Monts, he will now be responsible for two tasks. The two tasks Pierre de Monts will have to follow are: settle 60 colonists each year and start a missionary work. Acadia was the first colonizing mission led by Samuel De Champlain. The Acadians were a big part of Canada because many of them left to create their personal settlement.
Acadians have history with Canada, they had numerous hardships that result in disappearance or assimilation of culture. Acadians found a new in which they would create their own culture, then later Acadians were stripped from their lad and exiled. There were two major parts the Acadians traveled to after being exiled, Acadians later returned back to Canada but the other group ended up in Louisiana and become today’s Cajuns. In 1763 when war ended Acadians tried returning back to their homelands, their homeland was given to someone else, they were settled into their surrounding culture. Acadian culture is no longer around but their names are still around. Canada's climate is an important topic .
Canada is the second largest country on earth, altogether Canada measures out to be 200,000 kilometers. Three oceans are surrounding Canada; pacific ocean, Atlantic Ocean in the east and the arctic ocean to the north. Canada is home to many rivers and lakes, also Canada has different types of landscapes, and there are high mountains, forests, grasslands. Due to the differentiation of landscapes there are generally four distinct season, summer, fall, winter and spring. The summers in Canada last from June to September and are normally warm to hot. Fall and spring are transitional seasons, the weather become progressively colder or warmer. During the winter time in Canada, the temperature will approximately be below zero degrees Celsius. Depending from where you migrate from, Canada’s first days of winter are always snowy. The population in Canada is also a big issue to their country.
Every year Canada has different number than the year before. In 2014 the population estimated to be around 35 million people, the increase was slightly lower than the previous year in 2013. Canada has a large palpation due to migrants who are moving into their country. Since Canada is close to United States many Americans migrate to Canada. Canada has had an increased since the mid-1960s, since they were just about to turn 65 in 2014 it increased when baby boomers started turning 65. Canada has the biggest population as well as being one of the largest countries.
Overall, Canada is a great country to visit, it has beautiful landscapes and great places people could visit. The Acadians were a major part of Canada's history, they had to settle in different places because they were moved and exiled. also, Canada is the second largest country in the world, they have a variation of warm and cold days due to living in high mountains landscapes.

-I chose this source because immigration should be talked about when referring to Canada, tourists need to know what type of documentation in order to travel to the country. Also, this resource is showing people the citizenship they need to acquire and how the government is dealing with this situation.
2. Canada’s Food Processing Sector. (2006). Retrieved September 14, 2015, from http://www.ippexpo.org/uscomservice/docs/Canada Food Processing Sector.pdf
-i chose this resource as my second choice because other countries, including the united states, need to be aware how Canada does with their food production. also, how they handle their food win the food industry. This resource gives plenty of information on Canada's food industry.
Canada had no females or males from age 85-100+ in the year 1950. There are approximately the same number of females and males from the ages 0-4, which also has the most number of toddlers. As families are migrating from countries they are bringing their children with them.
Canada will approximately have no females or males from ages 100+ in the year 2050. The number of children being brought to Canada will slowly drop. Older people are migrating to this country alone instead of bringing children.
